Sub : Tummy Tuck Surgery Experience

I am Deepika, 32 yrs old, having 2 kids. I had hanging belly after 2 pregnancies.. i love to do workouts.. even after exercising of 2 yrs, i lost 17 kgs of weight but not belly fat(hanging belly).. due to this hanging belly, i had repeated skin infection under hanging belly.. i love to wear dresses, but due to hanging belly, i cant wear all dresses..

Then searched for permanent solution for my infection n hanging belly.. i came to know abt Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck).. then searched for best cosmetic surgeon in tamilnadu, based on Google reviews, i planned to consult Dr.Karthik Ram for Tummy Tuck.. He is down to earth person, very friendly and spent much time n cleared all my doubts abt surgery patiently, showed me many before after pictures of Tummy tuck patients..

After 1st consultation itself, i planned to do Tummy tuck surgery combined with Sterilization (Family Planning) Surgery..

Surgery done successfully within a month, Sterilization done by Dr.Indhumathi, Gyno, Sri Sainath Hospital,chetput. After surgery, 2 days in hospital, Nurses - Ramya sister, Sushmitha sister n Nisha Sister, All took best care of me.. Really they did the good job from heart.. Normally my hubby won't praise jus like that, He itself told abt the service of nurses really gud, taking gud care of patients.. Even after surgery, during every consultation they are supporting directly and thru phone calls.. Really they are doing excellent job..

Results for Tummy tuck surgery is Superb, Now am free from infection which i had earlier, and most important now I can wear all type of dresses with confident.. Really happy for the results of Tummy tuck surgery..

Only discomfort I am facing is the Pressure Garment am wearing (for 45 days), (it's compulsory) for best results of skin tightening..

And i had swelling around tummy area after surgery (common one) , Dr.Karthik suggested Dr.Gowtham, (Naturopathy) for massage for reducing the swelling.. He is also very talented person and friendly.. Even he treated my husband's long term shoulder pain, many of my family members taking treatment from Dr.Goutham after my treatment satisfaction..

The guidance and care provided by all of them after my post op is incredible which helped me in my speedy recovery. And the Post Op results are beyond amazing and I am very much satisfied with the outcome!!

I recently underwent gynaecomastia surgery at Chennai Plastic Surgery. During consultation, the doctor present answered all my questions clearly. I was asked to get a blood test done and was told that the operation would happen at the nearby Sainath Hospital. My surgery was scheduled on Feb 17th 2023. I reached the hospital the night before the surgery. The hospital room was clean and decent. The next day I went to the clinic by 6:30 AM as I was the first patient to undergo surgery that day. Markings were made on my chest and I went to Sainath hospital again. The surgery started at around 8AM and was over in about an hour. I was able to see the results the same day. There was a big plaster put below my chest. Also my nipple and armpit areas were covered with bandages. I stayed the night at the hospital and left for home the next day. I was asked to return a week later to get the plaster and stitches removed. It was during this time that I was able to get a proper look of my chest without anything covering it. And I was very happy with what I saw. The scars are small enough that one wouldn't notice unless they were looking for it. I've got nothing to complain about. Thanks to Dr. Karthik and his team for the excellent results they were able to deliver. I didn't feel any pain whatsover even post-op. The compression garment however was uncomfortable initially especially near the armpit regions. But I got used to it within a week. Special thanks to nurse Sushmita for checking in on me regularly and providing good care. I would recommend CPS to anyone looking to get gynaecomastia surgery done.

I recently did gyno and back liposuction surgery at Chennai plastic surgery centre, the surgery went very well now I am in post recovery period. I went to chennai plastic surgery for my ear lobe reduction and met Dr karthik Ram .He is a very friendly guy and explained everything regarding the surgery.i was bit scary and apprehensive regarding pain and all the stuff but he made me very comfortable and relaxed on the day of surgery.he even played some movie songs and discussed about movies and this made me totally forget about the pain .The whole procedure was very smooth and totally hassle free and I am very much satisfied about the result.

Being an Actor by passion & profession, the face is an inevitably significant tool. He helped me with a subcuticulasuture (excuse the spelling) - a stitch of an open tear/wound/scar on my forehead where the stitches aren't visible externally. He has helped me get the scar out, both physically & psychologically out of my mind!

I had a crooked nose since childhood but never considered going under the knife just for aesthetic reasons. Finally when decided to undergo the surgery, I went for a lot of consults but narrowed down to Dr.Karthik as he suggested exactly what I had in mind even before I could explain what I wanted/needed. He had a good approach as to how to correct a cross septum and bringing the nose more appropriate to my face rather than everything and everyone suggested.

Finally, the day of the surgery, he once again explained everything and made me comfortable till I was on the operating table. Then comes the anesthesia and I woke up with a mild pain and stuffed nose. Honestly, the recovery is the most uncomfortable phase of all the process, which was again made as comfortable as it could get. I had an osteoplasty, they had to break my nose to realign, so the need for keeping the cast for two weeks became a mandate. One week post-op am writing this and I am glad I made a choice to go with Dr.Karthik. Although I was 80% sure from all the reviews and from my initial consult, am now 100% sure that I have a good outcome. There’s still a lot of swelling, and it does hurt a bit, however, we are sure the outcome would be as we desired it to be.

I have to thank Dr.Karthik and his team for making it all smooth and as comfortable as this could possibly be.
